Central Oregon Writers Guild Meeting Reminder

The Central Oregons Writers Guild will be meeting at the Redmond Public Library on June 26, 2008.

There will be door prizes and book giveaways!

The June meeting guest speaker is Dwight Newton, a Bend author who has been writing western novels for 60 years. Mr. Newton will share his writing story and answer questions from the group. Mr. Newton will be giving away several of his books.

June is COWG's (formerly Redmond Writers) sixth anniversary month! We'll be celebrating with door prizes, as well as 'birthday cake' and coffee during the break. The fifteen-minute break is a great opportunity to meet other writers, share about your writing, and pick up writing information.

Critique will follow the program. Please bring 25 copies of your work if you'd like the group to critique it.
