Central Oregon Writers Guild’s Thursday August 25, 2011 meeting features the Members Readers Showcase where several members will present their short stories, personal essays and poetry. Authors who will share their writing are: Mary Krakow, Redmond; Lindy Jacobs, Bend; Mary Pax, Bend; Sharon Pardo, Redmond, Dana Prevost, Sisters; Mike Rettig, Bend, Dennis Strachota, Bend and Dave Waters, Redmond. These authors will share their original works in a variety of genres. The session is free and everyone is welcome to attend and enjoy an evening of creative and innovative story telling.
The August 25 Guild meeting takes place at the COCC Redmond Campus, 2030 SE College Loop, Building 3, 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
